The RISE coaching programme is designed for Visible Leadership and to close the Gender Pay Gap by encouraging more diversity around those decision making tables.
In more male dominated industries it's particularly amazing to see groups of women brought together for personal development and watch them grow together and form amazing and strong relationships - it's so powerful and can be a real catalyst for change.

DELIVERY.
The programme can be delivered either 1-1 or through a group.
Virtual or In Person.
Programmes start at a minimum of 3 months commitment.
Groups can either be specifically for your company for colleagues to grow together or we host groups that are industry specific so that individuals get to work alongside other women from different companies.
We do pre and post assessments to ensure we evidence the impact the programme has and the return on investment for organisations.
We produce a report and check in with organisations 6 months after the end of the prorgamme to further measure and review the impact for both individuals and company wide.
